Today,we introduce you to our product, “Pipe Coaster”!

Pipe coaster can do a great many things.
Because cutting is done by gas plasma, it is possible to cut pipes of any thickness that cannot be cut by laser.
Calculating the bevel angle seems complicated, but the system automatically calculates the bevel angle based on the shape of the mating pipe and joint partner.Cutting diameters (outside diameter) range from 34 mm to 1524 mm. Even large pipes can be cut!

Dust collector, marking options (printing lines, letters, and symbols) and other options available to meet the needs of a wide range of pipe processing users.

And although Pipe Coaster’s main function is to cut round pipes, it can also cut H steel and square pipes.

Yesterday, we processed branch pipes with drainage holes and powder marking!

Powder marking is a system of marking lines and symbols by baking a special powder.

Unlike inkjet or laser marking, letters cannot be written, but it is the cheapest terms of both initial and running costs.

In this case, as you can see in the photo, we drew a line. This line is very important because it serves as a reference line for combining the parts.
