1.3D simulator

Please make the data using PIPE STUDIO and change to 3D simulator.We can preview the machine movement.Moreover,it is possible to predict time to finish cutting pipe.

3D simulator has collision sensing function.This is helpful to prevent collision of pipe and torch.

2.Analytics

In Frequency of consumable replacement page,we can check how much it will cost to consume.Various other analyses are available!

Daily machine maintenance is very important to use PIPE COASTER longer.Today I introduse some easy maintenance ways.

1.Air blow of chuck

If continue to use the chuck with dust,the chuck will stop moving.Please do air blow and maintain the chuck moving smoosly.

2.Air blow of torch rail

If continue to move the torch rail with dust,the torch rail will be difficult to move left and right.Please do air blow everyday and oiling grease once a month.

3.Air blow of pipe trolleys

If continue to move the pipe trolleys with dust,the pipe trolley’s handle will be difficult to move.Please do air blow,too!

4.Sweeping of touch panel

If continue to touch the panel attached dust,touch response will be poor.Please sweep the touch panel with a cloth.

5.Removing dust around the machine

It is very danger because floor surface is slipper,after to work,please removing dust around machine.
